Just around the corner from the Guild Hall Registry Office, upstairs at Cafe Retro is the perfect venue for a relaxed wedding reception. Previous events include birthday & wedding parties, office parties, hen & stag nights, fancy dress parties, casino nights, children's parties, small private dinners and book launches.
Choose from our Buffet or Dinner Menu, which can be tailored to suit all tastes and budgets. Arrangements can be made for you to decorate and provide your own music.

In the evening Cafe Retro provides a perfect venue for your private party, hen night or themed dinner. We are also available during the week for children's parties, offering anything from simple room hire to organising entertainment, food and party bags. Cafe Retro is also available for Coach parties, exclusive use can be given to groups when arranged in advance.
We can seat up to 50 people and provide anything from a set three course lunch to buffets or afternoon teas.
